Slide/Dig
- Step to side, sliding the ball of the foot on the floor
- Dig opposite foot to side of slide foot and closed
- No weight on digged foot
Three Step Turn
- Step out to second position on balls of feet
- Legs are straight
- Turning over to back in second on the balls of feet, heels are lifted
- Arms by side, energy through fingers; controlled and not moving
- Focus is forward
- Straight body alignment
Grapevine
- Step out to second position on balls of feet
- Close behind on balls of feet
- Open to second position again
- Dig close and clap
- Focus is forward
